Stations of the Cross Woodcut Project

With Steve Prince's lead, we've begun an amazing project that will fill our worship space, but we need your help to finish it!

This Sunday and each Sunday through August 14th. 8:30am - 1pm and 6 - 8pm. in the gallery.  Ages 12 and up.  Free and open to the public.

Some of the pieces coming together.  They'll eventually be rolled with ink - Steve Prince's circular panels will be red and the others will be black.

We're looking for nearly 200 people to make woodcuts that will fit together to surround 14 woodcuts made by Steve Prince depicting Christ's road to crucifixion.  We'll display them in our worship space this Fall and during Lent in years to come.

A facilitator will be on hand to guide you each step of the way in making a design and carving it.  All tools will be provided.  It's not about your individual skill.  It's about all of our contributions coming together like a visual choir giving honor to Christ.  Help us finish this project and make it awesome!
